高牌号硅钢轧制边裂形式及机制研究

摘要硅钢广泛应用于日常生活生产中,冷轧是制作硅钢片中最常见的一个工艺,然而轧制硅钢边部开裂是冷轧过程中经常遇见的问题,这直接导致了产品质量的下降和成品率的下降。本文针对高牌号硅钢的冷轧边裂的问题,分别从热轧来料的表征,酸洗工艺对带钢表明形貌及拉伸性能的影响以及轧制边裂断口分析三个方面研究了高牌号硅钢轧制边裂的原因及机理。研究结果表明:沿热轧来料宽度方向上的硬度及抗拉强度没有显著差异,塑性沿宽度方向呈现出中间高两边低的特点,而且硅含量越高,塑性越低,中部带钢宽度中心位置晶粒较大且相对均匀,带钢边部位置出现了混晶组织。酸洗时间对带钢的抗拉强度没有显著影响,但是随着酸洗时间的增加,带钢表面形貌粗糙度明显增加。综合分析,由于表面粗糙度的影响增加了轧制过程的摩擦系数,导致连轧过程中轧制压力、前滑、张力等工艺条件的变化而引起带钢边裂发生。轧制边裂断口形貌为河流花样,为解理脆性断裂。63209

Abstract

Silicon steel is widely used in daily life production, cold-rolled silicon steel sheet is the production of the most common process. However, the edge cracking of rolled silicon steel is often encountered in the cold rolling process, which directly leads to the decline of product quality and yield decline. In this paper, the cold-rolled edge crack problem of high grade silicon steel is studied from three aspects: the characterization of hot rolling material, the influence of pickling process on the strip morphology and tensile properties, and the analysis of rolling edge fracture. Reason and Mechanism of Edge Cracking in Grade Silicon Rolling. The results show that there is no significant difference in the hardness and tensile strength along the width direction of the hot-rolled strip, and the ductility is low along the width direction. The higher the silicon content is, the lower the ductility is. The position of grain is relatively large and relatively uniform, the edge of the strip appeared mixed crystal structure. The pickling time had no significant effect on the tensile strength of strip, but the surface roughness increased with the increase of pickling time. The friction coefficient of the rolling process is increased by the influence of the surface roughness, leading to the change of rolling pressure, front slip, tension and so on during the rolling process. The fracture surface of the rolling fracture is a river pattern, which is a cleavage brittle fracture.
