七层上海通联大厦空调系统设计+CAD图纸

该建筑总共为七层,建筑总面积为1890m2,其中空调面积为1157m2。首层层高为4.2m,二层以上层高均为3.6m,建筑总高度22.0m。夏季室内总冷负荷为268624W,夏季室内冷负荷指标为142.1W/m2

本设计主要依据国家规范、行业标准、品牌品质、舒适环保、经济实用、高效可靠、豪华美观、操作简便、维护便利的原则,提供空调方案,设计合理的中央空调系统,为室内工作人员、客人等提供一个舒适健康的环境。该建筑总共为七层,建筑总面积为1890m2,其中空调面积为1157m2。首层层高为4.2m,二层以上层高均为3.6m,建筑总高度22.0m。夏季室内总冷负荷为268624W,夏季室内冷负荷指标为142.1W/m2。空调房间类型主要为商店、商场、健身房、咖啡厅。使用鸿业暖通空调负荷计算软件8.0对该建筑空调房间区域进行负荷计算。本设计根据该建筑各部分的结构特点及其用途,在充分考虑室内环境的舒适性、运行管理上的方便和节能等各方面的基础上,并依据有关规范考虑节能和舒适性要求,从满足顾客舒适度及空调系统运行节能的角度出发,49014

系统采用风机盘管加新风系统,为满足房间舒适性新风要求,每层单独设一台新风机组,每个空调场所的送回风系统形成一个空气循环,室内温度分布均匀,气流组织好,利用高质量开关,房间温度控制精确,可以满足不同场所的各种空调要求。系统新风机组、风机盘管均暗装于吊顶内,免去了擦洗及维护的麻烦,有效的回风过滤系统延长了空调的寿命,也减少了后期的维护维修费用。

按房间的空间结构布置送回风管的走向,采用上送上回方式,送风均采用方形散流器,风机盘管回风采用条缝风口;可充分利用吊顶,在房间的吊顶内放置风机盘管,实现上送风,风口采用方形散流器。

空调系统夏季供回水温度:7—12摄氏度,冬季供回水温度:65—50摄氏度。空调水系统水管采用异程设计、二管制系统、冷水泵定流量泵,一用一备。在屋顶设膨胀水箱对冷热水系统定压补水,回水管均以0.003坡度坡向供水方向,冷凝水管按排水方向以0.01的坡度找坡,就近排至卫生间。

设计期间主要参考的技术资料有《采暖通风与空气调节设计规范》(GB50019—2003)、《建筑给水排水及采暖工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50242—2002)、《暖通空调制图标准》(GB/T50114—2001)、《实用供热空调设计手册》。
