幼儿社会交往能力培养策略探究

摘要幼儿社会交往能力的发展对幼儿的社会化、个性与品德形成、情绪情感和社会适应能力发展、心理健康及学习、能力发展都有重要影响。本文主要是试图通过对幼儿社会交往能力的现状以及幼儿社会交往过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出培养幼儿社会交往能力应采取的策略。研究发现,教师过于限制和约束幼儿的活动和行为,不利于幼儿社会交往能力的发展;幼儿容易被周围事物所影响,有时会模仿一些错误的社会交往行为;同时,社会交往经验的不足会使幼儿的社会交往能力停滞不前甚至退化,幼儿园中也存在着教师忽视自身在培养幼儿社会交往能力中的作用的现象。所以,教师应及时有效地支持幼儿的同伴交往;通过设计活动来示范社会交往技能;也可以通过表演短剧让幼儿体验获得社会交往能力的感受;对社会交往能力差的幼儿进行技能训练;同时教师也要发挥自身在培养幼儿社会交往能力中的作用。51668

The training strategy of children's social communication ability

Abstract

The development of children's social interaction ability has an important influence on the socialization of children, the formation of personality and moral character, emotional and social adaptability, mental health and learning and ability development. This paper attempts to analyze the current situation of children's social communication ability and the problems in the process of social interaction, and put forward the strategies to cultivate children's social communication ability. Study found that the activities and behavior of teachers too restrictive and child restraint, is not conducive to the development of children's social skills; children are easily influenced by things around, sometimes imitate some mistakes of social interaction behavior; at the same time, the lack of social experience will enable children's social communication ability stagnant or even degenerate, kindergarten also exist teachers ignore its role in children's social skills in the culture. Therefore, teachers should be timely and effective support children's peer interaction; the design activities to demonstrate social interaction skills; can also through the drama let children experience feelings of social communication ability; skill training of children with poor social skills; meanwhile, teachers also need to give full play to its role in children's social skills in the culture.
