摘要现如今,人们对于汽车越来越依赖,不仅仅是家用,更多的是运输行业。这对于汽车制造工业来说,是可遇不可求的发展机会。对于汽车,轴件是重要组成部分,但是运用什么技术去生产是一个很重要的选择。在汽车轴件加工这一生产线上,继电控制系统在工业控制领域中有着广泛的应用,特别是在制造业,但也存在许多问题,不可靠性还有低精度等,这些使得在运用过程中面临很多挑战。这个时候,伺服驱动技术开始引起人们的注意。到了90年代,伺服驱动技术实现了数字化与智能化。而可编程序控制器也在这个时候应运而生它利用了自身的多个特点而受到各类工程师的青睐。可编程序控制器与运动控制模块的完美结合,开创了工业控制的新局面。46387
本文研究的是轴件加工的控制系统,主要从硬件和软件两个方向来考虑。硬件上介绍了两种方案,一个是PC加运动控制卡,还有一个是PLC和位置控制模块EM253。综合考虑,PLC和EM253这一方案更好,它不仅实现了加工的全自动化,而且与过去的加工方式相比,提高了精度,也减少了人工成本。了解了PLC与EM253模块的原理后,将二者结合起来,再利用编程软件STEP7 Micro编程,加上PWM控制来控制工作平台上滑块的各种运动模式从而实现汽车轴件加工控制系统的设计。

ABSTRACT Nowadays, people are more and more dependent on the car, not only for the home, more of the transport industry. This is for the automotive manufacturing industry, the development opportunities are available in the case of. It is an important part of the automobile, but it is a very important choice to use what technology to produce. In the line of auto shaft parts processing, relay control system widely used in industrial control field, especially manufacturing, but relay has many deficiencies, reliability and low precision, which makes in the use process faces many challenges. This time, the servo drive technology began to attract people's attention. In the 90's, servo drive technology to achieve the digital and intelligent. And programmable logic controller also at this time came into being it used its own characteristics and is favored by all kinds of engineers. The combination of programmable logic controller and motion control module creates a new situation of industrial control.
This paper studies the control system of shaft parts processing, mainly from two aspects of hardware and software. Hardware on the introduction of the two programs, one is PC plus motion control card, there is a PLC and position control module EM253. Comprehensive consideration, EM253 and PLC this program is better, it not only realize the full automation of processing, but also compared with the past processing methods, improve the accuracy, but also reduce the labor cost. Understand the principle of PLC and EM253 module, the two combined, using programming software STEP7 micro programming, and the PWM control to control the working platform of the slider motion modes in order to achieve the car shaft parts processing control system design.
