摘要矿井主扇风机被称为“矿井肺脏”,是煤矿生产的重要组成部分。它主要负责将矿井下污浊的空气及粉尘排出,并且将新鲜的空气通入矿井,以保护矿井工人的健康和生命安全。但是在恶劣的工作环境下,扇风机的作用就变的尤为重要,我们就需要设计一套安全、高效、便捷的智能监控系统。51689

本文主要将PLC应用在矿井主扇风机的系统设计上,并进行深入研究和探讨。下位机通常采用的是S7-300PLC系列,其中包括电源、CPU模块、模拟量输入模块、数字量输入输出模块以及通信单元等模块。矿井主扇风机通过传感器以及PLC共同来采集数据并传送到上位机显示。上位机采用计算机,通过工业以太网与PLC相连接,采用OPC协议就可以完成通信。我们还要采集扇风机的各种数据信号,并对这些参数进行监测,扇风机的监测系统是由WinCC和触摸屏构成的。我们在WinCC的界面上完成数据处理、画图、生成报表、打印等。设计过程中,我主要采用了STEP7编程软件以及WinCC组态软件。STEP7编程软件主要用于PLC程序的编写,通过PLC的梯形图来对监测系统实现各种控制。WinCC组态软件主要是控制系统中的人机界面组件,负责将各种程序与用户连接在一起。

The design of mine main fan set control system

 Abstract  Ventilators, which is known as the "lungs of mine", are important part of coal production. It is mainly responsible for discharging polluted air and dust from the mine, as well as blowing fresh air into the mine, in order to protect the health and safety of mine workers. However, in harsh working environment, ventilators are prone to problems, and the workers cannot be aware of these problems timely. Therefore, in order to avoid the accidents caused by the malfunction of ventilators, we need to design a set of safe, efficient and convenient intelligent monitoring system.

  In this paper, the application of PLC in the design of ventilators is researched and discussed in depth. Lower computers are commonly S7-300PLC series, and their hardware usually includes power supply, CPU, analog input, digital input and output, communication unit and other modules. Through the cooperation of PLC and a variety of sensors, various data from ventilators were collected and transmitted to the upper computer for display. The computer PC is to be used, it will use the Industrial Ethernet connected PLC, uses SIEMENS communications protocol can be completed. The data signals from ventilators are also collected and monitored, and the monitoring system was constructed by the WinCC system and touch screen. We accomplished the process of data processing, drawing, report generation and printing on the WinCC system.During the process of designing, STEP7 programming software and WinCC software were taken. STEP7 programming software was mainly used for programming, and PLC ladder diagram was applied to control the monitoring system. WinCC software is the component of the man-machine interface control system, which is responsible for the connection of programs and users.
